Does this work like a hyperbaric chamber?
No, a hyperbaric chamber can deliver oxygen under pressure. The mask shown provides up to 100% oxygen (the air we breathe has an oxygen concentration of 21%). This is an over simplification of the difference between the two. Hyperbaric chambers are sometimes referred to as dive chambers due to the fact that they are generally used to treat people with hyperbaric sickness aka the bends.

How would you advise I use it / placement of them in correlation with the use of an EasyCap II ETC02 Monitor device during manual ventilation with a BVM?
